Refund policy

We hope you love your MONADE bag. However, if you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Made-to-order and custom items are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
